Wipro extends its responsibility in caring for the ecology by offering the service of E-waste recycling to it's customers for getting rid of e-wastes in an eco-friendly manner yet in easy methods. Wipro's customers can register free of cost on-line or call its representatives from the nearest location to collect the e-waste. Wipro fully supports the need to have an EPR/IPR policy framework for our country and believes that a comprehensive legislation on these is an immediate call for action. Wipro will proactively work with the Government and Industry Associations to ensure a level playing field on e-waste management in India. In support of Individual Producer Responsibility, Wipro will take physical and financial responsibility towards the recycling of Wipro Products.
